- Prices are per week and include VAT @ 20%, gas, electricity and bed linen.
- Towels are available to hire at a cost of £2.00 per person.
- Dogs are welcome, except in Callachy Cottage, at a cost of £10 per dog per week.
- A cot may be hired for £7.00 per holiday.
- All properties are ‘Non Smoking’.
- Wifi available in all properties and included in the price.
Terms and Conditions
The booking period is from 4pm on the Saturday of arrival to 10am on the Saturday of departure. Outwith the main holiday periods, short breaks and other arrival and departure days may be arranged.
A deposit of £50 per week is payable on booking with the balance paid six weeks before you arrive. The weekly rate is for up to five people. Holiday homes are available to let all year.
Cancellation
If cancellation is made 9 weeks before the start of your holiday, your deposit will be returned.
Cancellation between 6 and 9 weeks prior to your holiday, and your deposit will be kept.
Cancellation within 6 weeks of the start of the holiday and your deposit and balance will be kept. If the property can be re-let, your balance will be refunded.
We recommend that Holiday Cancellation Insurance be purchased.
