If booking direct £50 /week deposit required with balance due 6 weeks before start date.
If cancelling over 9 weeks before start date then a full refund is made.
If cancelling between 6 and 9 weeks before start date then deposit is kept.
If cancelling less than 6 weeks before start date then no refund is given.
If cancelling after booking online then full refund less transaction charges up to 6 weeks before start date.
It is essential that you buy cancellation insurance
The property must be left clean and tidy and any breakages notified.
A No Smoking policy is applied to all properties.
No more than 4 persons can stay in each property but infants under 2 do not count towards this number.
There can be no subletting.
Dogs – a maximum of two – are allowed in the Lodges but not Callachy Cottage.
They must be kept off of furniture and out of bedrooms
They must not be left in a Lodge unattended and must be kept under control.
Dog mess must be cleaned up.
Properties must be vacated by 10 am and can be accessed after 4 pm. Other times may be possible by arrangement.
Owner will be able to access to properties at reasonable hours for inspection and repairs.
